The United Way of Southwest Alabama will grant refunds upon appropriate request. Requests for refund should include identifying information and must include name, address, dates of donation, and amounts, in addition to the reason for the request. Requests should be emailed to refund@uwswa.org. Requests may also be mailed to, Attention: Refund, United Way of Southwest Alabama, P.O. Drawer 89, Mobile, Alabama 36601.
