Loaned Executive Program

The Loaned Executive Program allows your company’s employees to expand their skills by acting as account managers, with United Way of Southwest Alabama staff, to plan and implement the annual fundraising campaign. These individuals are appointed by their employers to assist with the annual United Way of Southwest Alabama fundraising campaign from mid-August through completion (approximately 3-4 months). Working with United Way staff, they coordinate and manage effective employee campaigns at participating businesses throughout Mobile County.
